First off, congratulations! When offers are made to potential employees, they are conditional on certain steps that must be completed for the offer to be finalized. All employees need to be fingerprinted to complete a background check. Some positions require a lift test. When offered a position, a hiring manager will provide a form that you can bring in to the Human Resources Office. Once we have that form, we will complete the required fingerprinting and background check. After that, the wait is on us. We will contact you with next steps.
